CHASING HAIKU

          ROOF

Patter on my roof
A roadrunner being chased
or chasing a cat?

         LOOSE

My full toilet
Loose anchor bolts underneath
Soon to fall over.

        WHO

I rush to go see
the roadrunner and the cat
who is chasing who?

    SNAGGED

Around my ankles
my pants snag a rusty bolt
I wallow in waste.

       AND A MISS

In haste, I missed out
the roadrunner and the cat
I don’t care who won.
